As a first time homeowner I had lots of questions about the reverse osmosis system and the issues I was having with it. He explained how it worked, things I could do, and rather than try to sell me some outrageously priced system he let me know I could pick one up at Home Depot and he’d install it for me. Second, I had called a few places and been given quotes, but Austin’s prices were fair and he actually came in less than originally quoted. My 6.5 year old water heater (with a 6 year warranty) had a steady stream of water leaking from the upper panel. I called Barrett Plumbing and Austen arrived later that afternoon. I had the option of repairing it for around for a third of the price of replacement. I chose the replacement option. Austen arrived within the schedule window and was finished shortly thereafter.
