My 6.5 year old water heater (with a 6 year warranty) had a steady stream of water leaking from the upper panel. I called Barrett Plumbing and Austen arrived later that afternoon. I had the option of repairing it for around for a third of the price of replacement. I chose the replacement option. Austen arrived within the schedule window and was finished shortly thereafter.
