Dear West Park neighbors,

Thank you for allowing Barrett Plumbing & Drain to install a new Watts pressure regulating valve on your home! This device was bought and paid for by the City of Buckeye to ensure a strong but safe water pressure to your home. Your pressure has has been set to between 60-70 PSI. We are giving you a full 2 year warranty on parts and labor. If your PRV develops a leak within 2 years we will return to repair or replace the unit at no charge. Please contact us at 480-369-5679 with any questions or concerns regarding issues with your PRV. If you notice a significant drop in pressure please let us know and we will go to your property to inspect the issue.
